Even as a Data Scientist at Google, I'm still seeing plenty of teams that don't have a strong data culture. Does anyone have any tips or readings on pushing a data culture to their team? I'm finding that data isn't really used to make decisions. The author mentions the importance of choosing the right north star metrics, I'm curious to hear of anyone's experience of actually pushing these to leadership.
