srgseg·2 年前·議論Exactly - just a Linux box, mounted with SSHFS. To be fair, I have spent some time over the years writing my own scripts for SMART alerts, but the end result is better monitoring and alerting than a NAS would provide.
srgseg·2 年前·議論This is why I always use an encrypted file system, where the encryption keys are only known to the client (and not the NAS or other storage provider).
