It's very, very common for rank and file prop traders to retire in their 30s. Some are ambitious and start their own firm or keep doing it, but many decide $10m/$50m/whatever is enough and leave the industry. They likely got into it just to make money, not because they loved it, so once you have enough, why keep going?

Duolingo has worked great for me. I had learned Spanish a decade ago and completely forgotten it. In a few months of consistent practice, I learned enough to get around. And after 6-9 months, I could have basic conversations.

I was never good at learning languages and Duolingo has been the best system for me. I like the paced repetition it does. Also, that it has you practice reading, writing, saying, and listening.

Where they'll feel it the most is in hiring. Everyone in the industry is watching and if they don't fix their house, it will be very hard for them to hire and retain the engineers and designers who build and run their games.

Facebook has one of the strongest AI research groups in the world led by Yann LeCun. They could build models that are quick good at finding all of these and similar versions.

And it doesn't need to be perfect. If you're an employee who may face severe repercussions if you mention unions, are you going to risk your job based on whether the filter catches your post?

H1-B holders can change jobs. The employer you're going to has to sponsor you and then you can just do an H1-B transfer.
