I remember requesting a stripe reader when I first saw something about them just spitting out the info, and by the time I got it they were already encrypted.
I know you're just teasing, but I've got a machine with an arch install from over two years ago that's still running great. Just did an -Syyu to get bash updated.
Basically, apps will be restricted to their own bit of the SD card, they can still use it, just not put things in there all willy-nilly. That sounds great to me.
no patching for vertical and horizontal splits (I know screen doesn't do one of them without a fair bit of work).
tmux isn't a dead project.
Spirit of exploration? I started with tmux and no screen experience, but I've converted a few people to tmux by them just giving it a chance, basically.
