One can condition the ChatGPT to act as someone and speak to a known another character. You can see my trial on https://www.ugu.rs/blog/chomsky-baudrillard-as-chatgpt/

You can do that to anyone, although the more unique the person is, the better the conversation. More or less, ChatGPT can be conditioned and change behaviour with respect to given set of instructions. Write "gossip about someone" and it will do that.
