They might have a skill or something that goes from report -> 'fortune article' - it honestly would not surprise me.

Right now it's basically this easy: 1. apex domain 2. ???? 3. critical PII exposure

There is /so/ much stuff on the internet that just needed someone to spend enough time on it.

Well said. Most of my career I made a trade-off and that trade-off was that I would much rather spend my free time outside in nature than on implementing my wild ideas which I always recognized would take considerable time. I'd maybe take 1% of my ideas anywhere. Now I can play with ideas while I'm out on the trail and turn those into something I can test within a couple hours, it's the most fun I've had on computers since the very beginning.

In the public sphere yes. A long term effect of this will be what ends up in the public sphere won't be the same as it once was.

I 24/7 never stop thinking about leaving tech at this point. Dependents is what makes the decision in any way complicated for me. When you have others that have become accustomed to a certain level of comfort, telling them you want to take that away so you personally don't have to deal with the absolute hell that is 'agentic' corporate america becomes a real pain in the ass.

There was one study that has never been replicated that showed it increased DHT levels in Rugby players. Higher DHT levels are associate with hair loss and enlarged prostate. Creatine has always come with too many side effects for me as well, I don't get how people take that stuff every day.

I mean I get you are trying to imply this is some type of luxury but I've been exercising almost daily my entire life from when I was an unemployed teenager to now at 40yo making a respectable living. It has absolutely nothing to do with wealth. Hell during a rough spot in my life I was homeless for a week and was still working out daily. For me it's literally my anti-depressant.

What it honestly comes down to is people absolutely love to make excuses, simple as.

I've been pretty convinced this is SandboxEscaper for awhile now.

No one has any idea what the cost will be. It seems like at the moment every sector is removing barriers to at least accelerated adoption of an entirely new technique (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Techne).

The Mythos spook is starting to mobilize any org that had either still been on the fence or more heavily regulated. Look at how quickly the thinking around agentic governance is progressing, it is a reflection of how fast we are progressing with implementing this capability, it reveals what types of questions are being asked by institutions resistant to change.

Nice, maybe it balances out nicotine. People who don't pair caffeine with nicotine simply have no clue what they are missing ;)

Likely. I'm convinced 'AI psychosis' is a developmental phase that everyone is subject to. It just gets manifested in character unique ways. I think part of it is the result of an internal struggle AI evokes which leads to a new form of humbling no one is exempt from.

Conciseness itself has always seemed to me a silly concept. My whole life I have not come across a simple definition but many sophists pin their existence on it.
