We've recently started dedicating Friday afternoons to training but we're having some issues structuring it in a way that would benefit everyone.
Because we're all at different levels (Junior to Senior) we can't just focus on a course to study together and have the same outcomes.
I'm curious to know how training time is structured at other companies and whether you do training in groups or if you break off and do personal training on things that you find interesting.
