It's Vox, so English and journalistic ability aren't going to be near the top of the list of job qualifications.

Although the threat (or panacea) was always that unskilled and low skilled workers would be replaced by robots, it's looking increasingly possible that first line and middle management will be replaced by robots (really expert systems). As more organizations become metrics driven this becomes closer to reality every day.
