One my colleagues had this recently. He was interviewing an “engineer” and there was big awkward pauses after each question while they waited for the candidate to respond. They realised the candidate was being fed the answers in an ear piece or something. They just said it was so weird like how did this person think they would get away with it.
Man wouldnt it be nice to just have all the fake candidates interview for all the fake job postings.
Tangentially related - At my university we've had a few reports of exchange students from Asia using ridiculous-looking glasses with camera gear and an ear piece to cheat on exams.
