Iran has been on the other side in the Ukrainian war so they have absolutely nothing whatsoever to complain about. If anything they should count their blessings that Ukraine has so far left them alone, they could have definitely chosen not to do that and some of Iran's more vulnerable infrastructure is right where Ukraine has an advantage.
The Ukraine war, like so many modern wars, is a proxy fight. The major powers dare not face each other directly, because that would destroy both. So everybody operates on the fiction that one side isn't really involved.
Nobody knows how far you can push that before the fiction breaks down. So everybody keeps fighting... but not too hard.
It's ludicrous, of course. But it works... until it doesn't.

Iranian troops are also in Crimea leading offensive drone operations [0] for Russia, as well as delivering ballistic missiles for Russia to use against Ukraine [1].
