Do any renowned OSS projects (e.g. OS, compilers, databases, libraries...) switched their review process and started allowing vibe-coded PR to be merged?
A few months ago, there was this AI generated PR to the OCaml project ^1 that famously got rejected.
Has the stance changed lately with increasingly better LLM models?
If it's so bad that it's obvious it was vibe coded, it will be rejected. If it's seamless and works as intended, I don't see why any project would have a problem with how it was created.
