One of the top comments by herpderperator dives into it pretty good. The part that I had questions was where it tied into the increased traffic patterns. But if I'm understanding it correctly, that would be because you're baiscally walking the graph, each token that you compromise, you have to masquerade as that new person to expose more tokens that they are connected to.
I play this game airsoft (like paintball) and I like to go especially on beautiful days like today. It's so much cardio and you don't even notice it. Anyways, this Canadian company makes these really innovative reusable bang grenades and I finally learned how to toss them just right to clear out rooms. In movies the badass hero makes perfect throws without even thinking. But turns out in real life having your gun in your main hand, pulling the thing out with your non dominant hand, pulling a pin, and then getting it throug an opening, while hoping and praying nobody gets the jump on you is really really hard. Before this I would blow myself up, or forget to pull the pin. Oops.
In audio form, as a learner, it's awesome. It's like a mini pitstop for your brain. If you had 20 minutes of nonstop foreign language, your brain can lose track and be overwhelmed. They make really good use of the pitstops by paraphrasing a particularly difficult passage, adding more context with tenses or vocab that would be too difficult for the level, or to straight up define a word.
Even though I know I should focus on my simple projects, what I can't wait to get back to is this on demand/ peer to peer "micro consulting" marketplace. I want to be able to get help in home maintenance, car repair, or any other real world query and get someone to show up and guide me through it via a video call. Even though we now have great diy websites and YouTube videos about just about everything, it's one directional. If you have a specific question or if your situation is slightly different, then you're in for hours of digging around, or giving up.
It's also fun to make use of new technologies I don't get to play with at work like webrtc, react native, node etc
How long have you been at this? This is an idea that I've also heard thrown around. You guys will not be the first nor the last to play with the idea. Did you find any clues as to why others abandoned the idea? Good luck!
It's not as if there's an amount X you can sell less of where it's totally fine, but if you go over, you're in trouble. Nobody would be dumb enough to sell their entire position, but at the same time, if you did have insider knowledge, you wouldn't want to have all your position tank. So what do you do? You could go a little bit in the middle and claim ignorance. Trading based off of insider knowledge is illegal regardless of the amount of trades, but in practice obviously the government only chases after egregious cases.
yeah I've heard all the problems you mentioned but mine somehow came through without any of that stuff.
I used to get this thing where the screen would turn off because apparently the thunderbolt 3 circuits are interfering/being interefered by the wifi. But even this has stopped, maybe through a bios update?
Despite the sort of scary quality stories, when you get a good one, it's really great. The touch screen I was surprised actually comes into play, especially for demoing apps, or in tight quarters like a coach plane seat, where you can't even get to the touchpad.
But the thing is that it's hard enough getting a potluck together where everyone knows ahead of time the exact time and place. With this, you have to first have a completed meal, take the pic, then hope that there are enough people who are close enough to get there before the food gets cold or the original cook gets too hungry.
I use the xps 15, you can buy the cheapest version then pop it open (unlike the xps13) and switch out the internal ram and ssd for something better.
I like the thunderbolt 3 port which allows me to connect to up to 3 external displays and my usb peripherals, something that I cannot find with any of this generations laptops since docks stopped being a thing
