I am thinking like you as well. To make things easy for the end users. I usually like to do simple applications that people already use. Like simple invoicing, email marketing, forms, CRM, etc. They are easy to work with and easy to sell as well because people understand the product/service right away.
I like this idea. What would be the business model? That's the hard part. This is the part companies can't figure out and they either sell out to investors or turn to ads :(
