Many Russians have Ukrainian ancestry and/or family in Ukraine - especially in the southern parts of Russia. If the Russian army wanted to inflict higher civilian casualties they could, but that's not the goal.
The psychology of the vaxxed asymptomatic COVID carrier cannot be left out of the equation. Whether this psychology leads one to engage in risky disease-spreading behaviour, this is for the experts to elucidate.
You are expected to allow yourself to be subjected to whatever injections and suffer whatever loss of human dignity for the purpose of some vague "risk-reduction" that ultimately will contribute little towards the actual goal which is never clearly defined and is subject to eternal revision (only in good faith though :)). You are expected to do this to your children as well.

Off topic and different country, but voter ID laws in the US are racist because the Republicans implementing such laws are racist and are only doing so for their political benefit.
Voter ID legislation must be opposed in order to ensure fair and fortified elections, free from Republican meddling. I want an America where everybody has a voice.
