I built AutoBrief (https://autobrief.dev) because I was tired of spending 90 minutes writing postmortems after every incident, only for the action items to be forgotten by next week.
AutoBrief does two things:
1. You fill a structured form (what happened, timeline, impact, root cause, action items). AI generates 4 outputs: engineering brief, executive summary, status page update, and runbook delta. Takes about 10 minutes.
2. Every action item goes into a dashboard. You can see what's open, what's overdue, and your team's completion rate. A weekly Slack digest reminds you what's still outstanding.
The whole thing is encrypted (AES-256-GCM), workspace-isolated, and we don't train on your data.
