I received a campus offer in 2008, but then the recession hit. Since it was with a large company, I graduated in 2009 and was supposed to join afterward. However, just a few weeks before my start date, they postponed it indefinitely. I found myself back at square one and it took more than six months to land a job at a mid-sized company with a lower salary. Eventually, things worked out. So, don’t lose hope—just keep trying. Best of luck!
The USCIS processing time is an issue here. It can require six months to a year. However, using premium processing, an H1B transfer can happen in 15 days.

Question for the folks working in companies like Netflix, NVIDIA, and Adobe with unlimited PTO: How many vacation days do you take per year on average?
I've recently seen that many job postings do include pay ranges. However, they only provide the base wage range; joining bonuses and stock grants are not included. I don't believe that this bill requires employers to report the full range of pay.
My iPhone 8 Plus battery capacity has dropped to 76%. Too bad they don't support older devices. Going to Apple care and waiting hours to get battery replaced is too much hassle. I guess I should give the iFixit battery kit a chance.
I am just like you. I used to also maintain a clear distinction between home and office. Also, I like driving and 45min(2 way) commute was therapeutic to me.
