A Human Being may not injure another Human Being or life-form, or, through inaction, allow a human being or life-form to come to harm.2. A government entity must obey the orders given to it by a Human Being, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.3. A non-government entity must obey the orders given to it by a human being except where such orders would conflict with the First or Second Laws.
