Yeah, its a bit of a cheat. The best obfuscated C programs have the source looking like a Christmas tree (or something) and then play an xmas song (or whatever)

64 bit was added in WebAssembly 2.0 (finished in 2022 according to Wikipedia). I know what doesn't answer any it wasn't there in the first place.

As a next level beyond coloring... how about adding some interactivity? How about a slider to control the brightness of each type of byte. Turn everything but text to 10% when when you're looking for some words in a binary file.

Would a practical approach be parsing the source into clang's AST format. Then let it make the actual executable.
