I have been using Mailfence and Zoho (paid plans as well as free plans) for almost a decade. Never had any issues. Support is actually reachable and good. (no affiliation). IMAP works only on paid plans
Keith Baar's videos on YT have helped me a lot; both for treating my knee pain and for increasing overall muscle strength. The videos tell you how to heal or strengthen your tendons, ligaments, and muscles.
If you have an android smart tv, you can install TizenTube. Takes a couple of hours to figure out the installation (poorly documented), but works flawlessly after that.
