You could use the EPA dollar to life conversion ratio.
Though anything actually potentially lethal shouldn't really have a standard Internet connection. E.g. nuclear power plants, trains, planes controls, heavy industrial equipment, nuclear weapons...
Some of those commits might fix genuine vulnerabilities. So you might trade a new backdoor for an old vulnerability that thousands of criminal orgs have bots for exploiting.
Damage wise, most orgs aren't going to be hurt much by NSA or the Chinese equivalent getting access, but a Nigerian criminal gang? They're far more likely to encrypt all your files and demand a ransom.
No it really is. Unless Sam explicitly confesses it's completely impossible to prove to a courtroom standard.
It would have happened two decades ago, with a person he had frequent private physical access to. There is no possible physical or witness evidence.

Also, remembered allegations of sexual assault from when someone is four are much weaker signals than recountings of behavior by an adult in a workplace setting.

Wrong, wrong and in my experience the people most similar to pigeons (e.g. shitting on the table rather than debating) are the young teens on reddit with vaguely leftist ideas with no foundation (proper communists are generally good debaters), the actual heriditarians and ethnic nationalists might be wrong, but they do try and actually debate rather than insult.
And yet when I want to search in the files in a folder searching with windows search won't turn up anything, so I have to switch to the WSL and grep...
The thing is that when dealing with something on the scale of the justice system even a hundred examples don't mean it occurs more than a fraction of a percent of the time. When assessing anecdotes to try and determine event frequency you need to understand how the anecdotes were sampled.
That could only work even in theory if you've programmed in all the innate behaviours/desires human children have. And in practice raising superintelligent children who can clone themselves and rewrite their minds is not a thing we know how to do.
I'm struggling to see any actual harm from this use of facial recognition if the video is deleted promptly after processing and conversion to an attendance list.
