The Bloomberg title is the misleading one if you read the article. The heart of the article covers Yellen's ethical issues, but for whatever reason Bloomberg chose the most benign title possible. I thought it was in HN's interest to not have the lead buried. I suggest HN have exceptions to this editorialization rule in cases like this.
