I’m sure that, on average, most people across the country don’t know or fully understand the implications (not just Texans). But I’m surprised the state government approved such a program in a state where people tend to be highly protective of their privacy, deeply suspicious of government overreach, and generally prefer to take matters into their own hands.
So many insights in my past came from stackoverflow answers. But it always required reading through tens of discussions and combining solutions. Young engineers will never know the pain.
I agree with this. I've bought two fancy notebooks in my left and they are still clean, elegant, and unused. It feels wrong scratching notes and rip pages, so I am just afraid to use it
