Barcelona local here. I don't think that you need Spanish fluency to get into most of the tech jobs. There are many startups whose founders or most of the team aren't locals.
I also receive all sorts of spam hits on Google Analytics accounts. My suggestion is to create a filter that only includes the traffic directed to your hostname. It filters pretty much everything. But it's another problem in mobile apps tracking. I've yet to find a solution on mobile. Any suggestions?
SPA are indeed indexed in Google (and even without providing server side rendered versions). I guess it uses a combination of URL hash changes and pending requests.

Currently I'm making use of the data provided by BitcoinAverage, because the market is shared between a few exchanges.
In the future I may implement custom alerts, but I don't see them as a very interesting feature. What I'm working on is on a system that actually detects itself when there's the chance of a substantial decrease in value.
