Like others mentioned you can use SQL transaction but either case i used aerospike wherever i needed ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ or ApolloMQ and works like a champ with no issues of the connection / disconnection etc. It is superfast when compared to DB though slower when compared MQ stuff.
Note: I did not like messaging because of these connectio timeouts and also very confusing to get last message etc, -- Not a pro programmer and use vb.net with .net core
The last time i checked the whatever you type in browser, does not end up in text file or notepad. This does show the quality thinking about security. Oh we can enable when we want check things out rather than finding way to add and remove this after informing user
There are companies who charge 50 to 100K for vulnerabilities test and you will get a 20 to 100 page report with one guy onsite for 5 to 8 days, so no 1 month work is definitively more than 100K worth, even Infosec analyst will get it as one month pay
I used to be someone who worked only 4 hours max in any company and use remaining time to be on top of tech stacks(SysAdmin). But last four years i self trained on stock trading and it close to be becoming my main job in another year or so. Though i now look for trader jobs where i can trade for profit % but the salaries are no where near in my country for traders.
Would making sure that every software has libraries packaged/signed and in the same folder as would work? It would minimize common shared lib and updates to the same. THough disk space will be wasted should be still acceptable to many use cases
I don't think India will be affected at all. Because of the 2 things. Most of the households in middle class only one person works. Otherwise, the 60 to 70 percent of the population is in farming. +Govt kind of already provides minimum wage to live. There are 5 Rs break fast, 108 days of worth govt provided job(Actually no job only money gets distributed about 100 Rs a day), 20 kg rice for 20 Rs, Free bus pass for school kids, laptop, tv, fan etc free for kids,
I must say I was thinking doing what you love matters but I do what I love now i.e. designing infrastructure but it gets overwhelming, I don't like being forced to work when I don't feel. So I have decided to make more money asap and retire do what I love later. I really changed my path after reading 16 ways to fail book. Though many won't agree here, I think financial freedom is basic to live and do what you love.So i started looking at the career as job sometimes even as a task. And the task fetches my salary no more no less. Not working beyond 8 hours and not pushing projects for sake of management helps to tolerate the job even if you don't love it. Because then you have life beyond you money fetching task.
Wait until GCP becomes older with bigquery and other versions. Also GCP does not have regions ready and it takes forever to get a new region. Waiting for Mumbai region for more than 3 to 4 months now.
But one thing i like about GCP is that it allows to the limit setting in terms of cost and ensure you wont cross it. In case of AWS it can give alerts but for some reason say all you team in in one location and there is emergency like flood etc and you dont check email then you are done. I stopped using AWS after i learned that there is simply no way to set limit. Waiting for GCP to open their Mumbai region. sigh.
Also AWS is very deceiving with free tier , there is simply no way to understand which products get free and worst case is after free tier you will get charged.
I don't use extension any extension but i use Firefox on Desktop and Mobile. From end user wait time etc i dont see any difference between firefox and chrome. For some reason firefox is seem to be faster than chrome on mobile. I use firefox focus mostly on mobile. It would be really sad to see firefox go away as that is only one which is not tied to OS or tied to provider of webmail etc. I see firefox as a product from browser company.
In the current scenario this would be illegal to circumvent in most cases so if DoT puts block, don't try to circumvent even if it is possible. In India the law situation pretty bad so.....
Not sure i agree, on Server spec the ram cost 10% more than CPU like if CPU cost 2000 then ram cost would be like 2200. Also it is not scalable for amount of data and not sure if I agree on laptop as well , 8gb ddr3 is about $80 while I can get 128gb ssd or 1tb magnetic disk so really can't use memory instead of disk. Except in few cases
The best way is to make work from home / remote default. If US does then devloping countries can follow. If Fortune 100 company makes rule for thier offshoring companies allow work from home then they pretty much can solve traffic issues all Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad in a month. And the country like India can also improve infrastruture other than road .
