No, I don't mind. Psychology was always on my radar and few years back I have decided to pursue Masters in that field. This opens lots of new possibilities: practice (after additional studies), ability to conduct tests and evaluate people based on results (you need to be a Psychologist in order to use some of the tools), you can apply knowledge into other fields (e.g. HR / team management / event IT), eventually this kind of studies gives a completely new perspective. In my opinion, it was worth the time and effort.
It looks like there is this secret society working hard on making people suffer in a hotel rooms after long trips. Blue TV indicators, white and blue air condition panels, impossible to cover LEDs that are attached to fire detectors.
All of that to make sure the room stays as bright as possible the whole night. I am always impressed with the efficiency of these little, bright, things. In terms of a brightness per cubic meter efficiency.
I have found Sublime Text and Sublime Merge to server me well with sort of `GTD` like approach (not orthodox one though). Finding in files + `regexp` works perfectly fine for most of my notes related to projects. Sublime Merge serves as a history keeper.
I guess to all the whiteboard coding with the recursion (e.g. Fibonacci sequence). On a contrary, I think it is present in many places where you have to dive into any sensible, tree like, structure. Then, it's a mess once it turns out person has no idea what recursion is.
For me, it turned our that buying hardware and hosting Minecraft server in a garage is simply much cheaper comparing to Cloud providers. This is why I am for self hosted stuff.
