I think the premise is that modern scanners are really good at finding malicious code (and are run by dozens of companies in the industry), but when it gets pushed and installed inside of that 7 day window, the spread is uncontrolled. This basically gives you opportunity to let the machinery in the package ecosystem do it's job.

I'm also waiting on my ChatGPT data export. I started it last night and I'm still waiting. I would say there's huge opportunity here for Claude to offer direct import tooling.

fwiw, it would take 10 minutes to download a linux docker image and build it in go to test. The harder part is getting the information from a different API on Linux.

my thought was that if you get an alert that a key system is flapping in production, your first thought shouldn't be to squelch the alert.

Seattle is complex in this regard as the elevation changes between neighborhoods are an additional dimension. If I was living at the base of Lower Queen Anne and the "facilities" meeting the 15m criteria was at the top, that's not something I would consider a viable walk.

What are the thoughts around capabilities like this for private/enterprise customers? Is the code available in an action that could be connected to private runners perhaps?
