I am a scientist and over the last years I stopped using notebooks for notes... I lost something, you connect deeper with your thoughts by writing with hand. Now I occasionally use A3 papers when I see need, but still. I will take a notebook tomorrow!

as Grenada perhaps relates to inland waters instead, because the houses seem unprotected from the water.
Given the increasing difficulty of finding/seeing new species, at some point it will become 10 or 100 times more costly in time/money to see each new bird.
As an anecdote I would have never expected, English Breakfast tea standards are the poorest: broken leaves that fall apart while producing finer sorts.
