Canada should make some rules to fix the lack of investment. If Canadians were not allowed to invest in American companies the problem would be solved.
How this solves sync seems useful. If you use Google Drive and KeePass clients you will probably run into conflicts between keepass "safe save" and how google drive does file versioning, resulting in runaway duplication of your kdbx files. I started using Syncthing and KeePass. File version conflicts are rare but still happen. Including sync in the app seems like a good idea.
It would be good to see screenshots of Bramble. The "sprawl of plugins and forks" in KeePass is why I use it. Many of the KeePass clients have modern UI's. I'll think about switching to Bramble when the sprawl begins.
It is a stupid comparison with a stupid anti capitalist agenda. All infrastructure in Switzerland is high quality and highly maintained because they are a tiny and wealthy country. Their wealth has something to do with banking. Maybe the author of the stupid blog post can ponder the relationship between free markets, banking, and wealth.
Awesome design as always but Teenage Engineering has zero product support. After they make and sell a product they move on to other cool ideas. If anything stops to function you are left with just form.
Turris Omnia NG is also "open source" and has 2x 10 Gbps SFP+ and 4x 2.5 Gbps ethernet ports. StartWRT and Turris OS are both forks of OpenWRT, which is kind of annoying. The Turris project has been around a long time and has an active community.
The stock egg photo was deep. It made me thing of eggs. I like eggs. I often make eggs into scrambled eggs and sometimes as sunny side up, not to mention soft boiled, which are probably the best. I assume Peter Thiel is bad guy who does not like eggs?
