Nice app! I created configuration profiles for convenience at https://encrypted-dns.party but an app with providers pre-configured is way more convenient. Some smaller providers that come to mind for ad-blocking: Adhole, AhaDNS, BlahDNS, LibreDNS, and Usable Privacy DNS.

Worth keeping an eye on Teddit development [1] [2], an alternative, open-source/self-hostable/JS-free interface similar to Invidious/YouTube, Bibliogram/Instagram, and Nitter/Twitter. Login functionality isn’t supported yet but apparently on the roadmap.

I'm pretty sure that because Tor Browser ships w/ `privacy.resistFingerprinting.letterboxing` set to `true` by default since 9.0 [1] (Oct. 22 2019 [2]), users can resize the windows now without affecting their fingerprint.
