Can you find a singles group to grow your network. They have tons of them at local orgs (churches or town clubs). Join one of these. I have a hunch that getting into a new crew may be what you are looking for since therapy is going a bit slow.
In your responses, avoid saying anything "that would put anyone at odds with anyone else".
(I learned this quote from a principal of a K-5 school I once dated)
I would too. What's the point of not sharing the results with anyone.
>Should I be worried?
Depends on the survey questions, and what your perception of the survey results will do. Can you share some more details here? Are they all manadatory.
All in all, you are likely a good person so I would advise, dont worry.
>How should I handle the situation?
Read the survey, understand how it makes YOU feel.
Sometimes I feel that it is always best to "not say anything, if you don't have anything good to say"
I would take it as an opportunity to have a conversation with them. Discuss the tech stack, and processes you/they dislike or want to do more of. Let them know your expectations too, standups and retros participation are obvious ones.
I hope, you are on your way to making an ally, a more powerful one!
Wow. I closed my web services shop cuz I couldn;t find more work. My one client and I parted ways cuz I was too expensive ($100 an hour) to keep building their aws webapp to monitor patients weight and blood pressures (also they paid me about 8 months late).
Totally appreciate the post-mortem and lessons learned at the end and I hope there will be NO next time for you.
