We use the knowledge base response method to build an AI assistant for communities on our platform. A major issue is currently to understand issues from screenshots and images and trying to answer people's questions on the basis of that.
With the upcoming Metaverse era, I see media taking a whole new dimension!(pun intended)
Although I feel the AI era will change the type of media we consume. I will be a lot of the human connection between the creator and the consumer rather than just the value from the content.
