My work requires me to use `agy cli` (Google AI Ultra) for development, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I strongly dislike the Gemini models because they consistently fail to grasp basic instructions. I also can't use the Claude models included in the AI Ultra plan because the agy cli wrapper makes the experience completely unusable.
I'd rather use the free plan on OpenCode than deal with this Gemini setup.
I honestly don't get why they feel the need to buy Cursor or why OpenAI wanted Windsurf.
If it's data you're after, wouldn't it be so much more cheaper to just hire a dedicated team to fork VS code and integrate your own model and give it to the public for free with unlimited usage for a couple of months?
CS Final Year Project: Multi-vendor Food Delivery System
2 person team and we didn't do anything manually beside creating the entity relationship, and briefly documenting the overall design system we wanted. Now we are sitting on an almost 80% completed system with 6 more months in hand.
I am on my $110 android device from 2022 (4GB RAM), and I have never faced the browsing related issues that you mentioned.
My phone came with stock android 11 ROM with no bloats, so that might've helped too I guess.
