> it’s very difficult to maintain this lifestyle

Serious question, why bother? Any normal job would have you working less (assuming it’s true that you never get a free weekend or holiday, which I kind of doubt). What do you get out of this? The ultimate satisfaction of helping a stranger receive email instead of being with your family on Christmas?

Soy milk is the only replacement I found that still has a fatty feel and taste to it. And it doesn’t taste disgusting like most supermarket milk. I think some people find the fatty film of milk/soy to actually be a downside, so they like the thinner replacement milks.

There are good reasons to denormalise, but as a rule of thumb... yeah, this. I don’t think you can go that far wrong with schemas as long as you have an idea of your entities and their cardinalities. It’s much easier than designing, say, the associated Java classes, because there are clear rules about how to do it and it’s just obvious when you’ve done it wrong (your cardinality is all messed up).

I get where you’re coming from. It has begun to annoy me that we’re always supposed to show massive sympathy for it and perform “omg, me too, you’re so valid!” responses to someone saying they have it. If you don’t feel confident in your skills maybe you should... do something about it instead of putting it down to some syndrome that implies you’re actually already great and you just need to believe in yourself?
