There's quite a few Russian accounts on Youtube with suspicious views counts. Like the guy who cuts things in half with his glowing knife. Lots of Russian spam and click-bait content too. Type in something about Ukraine, Russia or NATO and scroll through all the Russian 'WW3 Illuminati' garbage that comes up.

All you can really do is sit back and watch as Western citizens succumb to optimism and ignorance of Putin's intentions. Putin is clearly backed by the establishment. Just look at Obama's inaction and weak sanctions over the past 8 years.

The report also disregards various other sources of foreign manipulation on US networks including spam and propaganda which as everyone knows are also forms of hacking. For instance the 'fake news' on Youtube and spam links on Facebook and Instagram which link to phishing sites. Companies must be held accountable for harboring this type of material.
