I build engineering orgs and the products they ship. I have 12 years experience leading teams, turning complex data into tools people love. Currently leading two teams serving 1,700+ organizations and 250,000 users. We have Roda, Ruby, Ember.js, Elixir/Phoenix, and .NET in production.
Two weeks ago, shipped a feature complete Phoenix LiveView replacement for a legacy .NET/Angular.js SSO app, such that no client apps had to change a line of code.
I have rebuilt almost all legacy .NET systems at my org to be Elixir Phoenix apps. I have been building with Elixir since 2018, I was an early adopter and have loved rolling it out to schools around the world.
Looking to bring my product and eng leadership experience to a new opportunity.

The Engineering team is looking for a Salesforce Admin/Project Manager. This position comes with a direct report. We're in the middle of transitioning to Salesforce, so you'd get in on the ground floor and shape how we use Salesforce and other platforms.
