Vinod is insane. You can hear more of his really bad takes on his recent Sam Harris podcast episode: https://www.samharris.org/podcasts/making-sense-episodes/479...

It does. It uses go-keyring under the hood, which has its own issues with certain systems.

If you're on WSL, getting dbus to work is a PITA. There may be other OS-level issues that folks are running into.

"Live" from the sun, minus the ~500 lightseconds it takes to get here :)

Sonos makes this specifically. Has an RCA and HDMI input, along with being a Sonos device for streaming audio.

The only downside is the price.

> So this is a good usage model, but I'm not sure people want to carry yet another tablet just for gaming. The only way I can see this thing taking off is if it can fall back into an Android tablet mode for web browsing, e-mail, etc.

I'm sure I'm wrong about this, but the video didn't show any touching of the screen or a stylus (which the 3DS and Wii U both have). I wonder if this thing is even capable of being used without the controllers.
