They are not doing their reputation any favors and their legal team needs to rethink this strategy. The arbitration clause in the subscription agreement is not meant to cover these types of tort actions. Hope they reverse this course asap

To say this was deliberate is very irresponsible. These outcomes are part of the atrocities and horrors of war. But to say IDF did this deliberately is appalling.
