Your definition is not accurate. Just because one company raises more money than another does not make the company failing in the market place a patent troll. By this definition IBM is a patent troll.
First thing you have to understand is that the ownership of a patent alone doesn't make an organization a "Patent Troll." It may be true that AGIS is struggling in the marketplace but they have full legal right to own patents and protect said patents as they deem appropriate and exercise that right whenever it is beneficial to them. I also agree others on this thread that your belligerent language only makes you seem childish and immature.
I don't think that blurry photos of a bearded guy is evidence to start a war... I mean, that guy looks more like Phil Robertson than some top Russian commando. This whole situation makes me think that eastern Ukraine is like the American South.
Hollywood has a lot of stories like this, for recent example this year saw two movies about the White House being taken over by terrorist, Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down.
This article is very east coast biased. For someone that grew up in Northern California I always found Goya is too Spanish and not as common out here than it is in the East Coast. I tend to opt for El Mexicano products, especially since it has a more Mexican flavor and it is a Bay Area company.
One of the great things about the Bay Area is that there are a ton of ethnic grocery stores, such as Mi Pueblo and Ranch 99.
This is how I read between the lines and understood their statement: The Fourth of July reminds us as Americans of the freedoms and rights all citizens of our country are guaranteed by our Constitution. Among those is freedom of speech, often exercised in protests of various kinds. NSA does not object to any lawful, peaceful protest but be advised that we will be monitoring your freedom of speech and anything you say or ever had said may be used against you in a secret court of law.
No. The article is a link bait opinion piece that is not all to thought out, as evident by it's original claim that a large region of Indian wants to be part of China.
I remember that days after 911 there were some fake/spam emails that where forwarded around that claimed that more attacks where eminent, including at malls and other public areas. These were immediately debunk and people went about their business.
The course is based on a talk that Marrissa gave at Stanford for the Entrepreneurial Thought Leader Speaker Series. I subscribed to the spaker series via iTunes as a podcast. Here is Marrissa's talk: http://ecorner.stanford.edu/authorMaterialInfo.html?mid=1525
I hate to agree too, but he is right. Now, compared to him I don't have a lot of people following me and even I got a lot of weird event invites. I can only imagine the number of invites he received from his 1.8 million followers. This feature was not Scoble tested.
