I think they are also at risk from the BMI simplification and the goal as presented in the article. The wrong crash diet approach can be raising their % body fat while lowering their BMI. If they weren't weight lifters that's probably putting them in a high risk group that isn't usually identified in studies.

I think a big key is channel management. You wouldn't buy significantly cheaper smaller audience content because it had to be big enough audience for the time it was blocking.

Outlawed by who, where? There are always places that will outlaw things but it now serves a lot of them to use it as an excuse to ID Internet users.

The US intentionally keeps its unemployment at the current rate to keep labor costs down. If your friend can't get general skills jobs it means the average job in the US will pay more and the total of all pay in the US will be more.

I think the US should stop being so abusive and mean given how damn rich it is.

It is something Google decided. SHOULD means the other party should anticipate may not. The party examining a SHOULD and deciding not to do something is obviously not required to consider incompetence of other RFC readers as a reason to global replace SHOULD with SHALL before examining requirements.

I hope you are right but China needs to block the US' influence on international policy. Its strange to see countries adopt policies in a direction the US has obviously chosen to screw everyone else instead of going so far into free trade the US can't stay relevant.

I don't know how you get there conclusively. If Turing tests taught me anything, given a complex enough system of agents/supervisors and a dumb enough result it is impossible to know if any percentage of steps between 2 actions is a distinctly human moron.
