This is great! The moment DuckDuckGo will make their accuracy and UX better it will skyrocket. Maybe it is related somehow to their new browser initiative, but we’ll see.
What do you believe would improve the UX? I'm genuinely curious.
I've been using DDG for several years now and I guess I just don't give much thought to the UX - has been "good enough." In the same way, I find that the accuracy continues to improve such that I use g! out of curiosity rather than necessity.

I see people say this a lot and I'm curious. What sort of things do you search for? Also, have you found that you modify your search terms to get better results out of DDG?
I've been exclusively using it for over a month, and unless I'm searching for something extremely popular, DDG barely gives me half as many relevant results on the first couple pages compared to Google. Often times it will be so far off there's nothing at all relevant. Other times I'll get some good results, but I'll still feel that something is "off", so I'll add a !g and suddenly it's like a whole new world and I see way more relevant results.
I hate Google and want to stick with DDG, but I've been really wishing there was a permanent !g option.

I've been using DDG for what seems like forever now and have no problems with searching for things.
Perhaps I just don't search for much, though since I tend to visit sites that have what I want and search within those sites.

the "grouping" by domain name (e.g., stack overflow or reddit threads) like Google does
You can always use !g for better accuracy :)
