I don't think that Intel is good for RISC-V. Look what Intel did to Alpha, MIPS64 and PA-RISC. Intel does not want a competitor.

The 1.1 spec is corrupt, intentionally sabotaged. Stay away from Patterson and co.

Yes, and I will. I'd much prefer if the team came clean themselves, saying why they did it, and who paid them to destroy the RISC-V project.
