Pretty much. There isn't really question could you build satellite with GPUs at certain scale and launch it to space. It is certainly already doable. No special unsolved engineering challenges when you have say dozen or hundred...

On other hand anyone using them for anything is certainly under some jurisdiction. Just because no one can get there physically. Does not mean people who use them are out of reach.
Interestingly if sufficient information is stored it would solve the problem. Cost of children would be directly pointed at the biological father. Thus not enslaving the cheated man for massive cost. Vulnerable must be protected from those with power of the system behind them.
I was just thinking. What is the future when LLM is used for both code running itself and then also designing the hardware it runs on? Will it be sustainable? Or will there be some sort of error cascade that destroys the whole thing?
Maybe AGI is impossible with current model as it simply can not reliably improve itself... Enough errors in any part of loop will stop the progression.
I can already see future where there is group of people goading AI to right direction by repeatedly changing what they ask slightly. And then memorise the times when you got right incantation for seemingly right outcome. Without actually understanding or being able to reason about process in the middle. Possibly a seemingly inconsequential misspoken word or typo can lead to better or worse outcome. Or maybe just not saying "Please" will sometimes produce wrong output. and other times you must not use it...

Some times you can not change peoples mind. Especially when they are bad human beings. First step is to point out their evils. So that they can be ostracised from polite society and discussion. This is the tactic they have been using. So goal is not to change them as you can not change evil. It is to get the rest to kick them to curb.
Energy is one variable. But have things gotten less efficient as things keep going up in prices? Is more labour needed to produce the same? There is stuff like regulation forcing more expensive things. But in general if there was efficiency gains things should keep the same price or drop. Somehow this isn't really happening very well.
But my thesis really is that these things are not underlying the rents. But rents are actually underlying these costs. And well in general the rent seeking economic process build on ever growing valuations of everything.

Well it is the underlying sexism in the world. Males is the group that society accepts and celebrates hate against. Many people really think it is okay to do things that go against certain minorities.
Only solution is to put them with the parents that allowed it to jail with rest of the sexual predators that go after children. Permanently. For this sort of crime there should be no second chances. Your life is forfeit you do not get out to see an other day as free person. Sometimes you just need to protect the children from their parents.
At the end in very large cohort standardised testing. And by very large I mean at least hundreds if not thousands of test takers. At that point you have enough test takers to stack rank them in properly done test. And it smooths things over the years. This is the least bad way of evaluating large number of students.
In class room stack ranking is just meaningless. Either student passes demonstrating various levels of knowledge or not.
Only solution for that is permanent record. No "youthful indiscretion". You have taken cheating devices to test. You are permanently and for life out. All your past degrees are invalidated on the spot. There is central sex offender style registry. You are required to inform about your status in every future interaction.
At what ever unit economic price... That is not exactly massive market globally.
