You're technically right that a plate is 90 lbs on the bar, but generally for one plate you're referring specifically to 135 lbs because you'd include the eight of the bar.
Starting Strength, now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time. It used to be a go-to recommendation in fitness communities for beginners about 10 years ago, but you won't see it recommended much anymore. It's not a great program and it wastes a lot of your time and effort for results that aren't great. Over the last 10 years I've tried a lot of different LP programs with beginner level lifters and something like GZCLP is a MUCH better program for beginners.
It depends on the set of credentials. Your primary email address, your access to 1Password, things of that nature can and should be stored in a 2FA app on another device. But the majority of 2FA codes for most websites are fine to be stored in your password manager. This way you can enable 2FA on every site you use, without the inconvenience, but you can reserve the extra security of a second device for services that would be critical failure points for you.
You can do that without self hosting email though. I use a custom domain with ProtonMail. I could potentially lose access to my emails stored on their servers, but getting my email address back up and running is just a matter of changing a DNS record.
It's not as bad as all that. The stuff you control at home doesn't have to support hundreds/thousands/millions of end users, it's just for you, and it doesn't need to be publicly accessible. We're talking quarterly maintenance at most.
Satisfactory does often feel feature-complete, they could release the game as-is and I don't think it would feel particularly unfinished.
However it is unfinished by virtue of the fact that they have a lot more planned, and it's early access by virtue of having resources in the world with "WIP" in their tool tips.
If you'd prefer a path of greatest hits, Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are probably the titles you'll see recommended most often. Spirited Away being a sort of coming of age story filled more with a sense of wonder, whereas Princess Mononoke is a violent story centered around the complex struggle between man and nature, as is closer to a traditional fantasy setting if that's your bag.
If it's your first time using it, you'll probably read the manual which will contain a table of general cook times. I just used a rice cooker with no screen for the first time and I had no problem with its lack of UI.
