> If there was a Linux Apple App Store, I would buy stuff from it.

I believe you.

> I already buy from Steam.

I believe this even more.

> we have created operations

It seems that addition (for instance) was "created" long before us.

On the other hand, it seems highly unlikely that a civilization similar to ours could "invent" an essentially different kind of mathematics (or physics, etc.)

A fun name... (I wonder how many non-native English speakers realize that the two occurrences of 'oo' in 'googlebook' are not pronounced the same.)

For some reason it took a while for Copilot to write an executable machine code for Hello World.

> buying a single large capacity drive

Now that's a terrible idea. You shouldn't trust any single device with terabytes of your data, regardless of whether it is low-cost or Chinese.

> In one system, a set can contain itself

But doesn't this lead to a contradiction (or to making the system of little use)?

> category theory can use set theory, but does not depend on it

But aren't, say, the morphisms between two objects necessarily a set (termed "hom-set")?

Except such set is empty and thus does not contain itself.

> a set can contain itself

Can it?

> a term can have only one type... Due to this law, types cannot contain themselves

Doesn't look like one follows from the other...

... and, as such, it doesn't contain itself!

Parents do not have to be "experts in chilhood development" to know what is best for their children. Especially experts in their fields like the manufacturing of alcohol, guns or other products universallly considered dangerous.

Quite often clients were more powerful than servers. Hell, at one point a CPU embedded into a printer could be faster than, say, 8088. An X server (running on the client side) often required a more powerful machine than one running X clients (i.e. a server). A web browser is not an exception.

Well, graphics acceleration is still considered optional on servers :)

Not exactly. Pronunciation varies between dialects and accents; it is the subject of a linguistic discipline called "phonology"; writing systems or difficulties arising from their "irregularities" with respect to spoken word do not concern it. Put differently, speech and pronunciation, while related, are not the same.

Tried Amazon Luna once on a TV, it was indeed a good experience.
