So, can you say what you found? What is the top 20% and top 1% based on your analysis?

Why don't you buy this claim? Doesn't it make sense? In order to create AGI, you need employees and computational power. How will you pay for that, if you don't make a profit (and you don't start with enough money)?

In order to solve inequality as a result of AI, you don't need to decentralize AI, you can just decentralize the government of AI (and the AI remains centralized). And of course people who would work with that AI would be subject to the law, so if they did a different thing that people democratically decided, they would be penalized.

And that is safer because if everyone has access to the model, then people can use it in unsafe way. And it would be much more difficult to enforce the laws, when you have to control what everyone in the world does, than just one or few entities (companies, organizations, governments, whatever...). Unless it talks about decentralizing it in such way that different nodes store different parts of the model, instead of all nodes having the entire model (in that case, it's fine).

I propose to make a self-improving online community aiming to minimize the negative impact of AI, in a socially beneficial way. It can start as an online forum, where the best insights are financially rewarded.

I think CodeAssist ( https://codeassist.tech ) is a tool that would let you do that (I'm the creator). It has a chat, can execute actions (write code), puts context from other files into the prompt and has some long-term memory.

The problem is that at the moment it's slightly buggy and the UI is not so polished. I would recommend to submit your email to the newsletter on the website. Once I feel it's good enough, I'll send an email to everyone. Don't worry that I'll spam your inbox, I haven't sent any email yet to people who subscribed. I'll just send it when I feel the tool is good enough.
