Brooke & Ben were key PMs for the success of DigitalOcean. Both worked on the core Droplet product which was successful because of it's UX.

I used to work at DigitalOcean. Can confirm we didn't think a lot about Linode. We saw AWS as the real competitor. If there was someone in the VPS market we respected and tried to emulate it would have been OVH, not Linode.

This wasn't really a 'hack'. A laptop repair store backed up the drive and then sold the backup. It's shady, but not illegal.

I read the policy. I think that's a good policy that isn't politically motivated.

The content of the article is relatively benign, but unflattering to Hunter Biden. Just interesting that social media platforms are censoring it.

Just location metadata which the hedge funds overlay with known retail locations.
