I had it recently refused to explain what a snippet of malware was trying to do to my system recently. I asked what folders it was scanning. It refused and told me to find a security blog post for help on cleaning my system. I get this is a complicated area to inform without enabling bad actors but this seems like a clear shark jumping.
It’s hard to tell at this point. You’ll get two more cores and more memory but they moved to chiplets which could hit performance on this first try. Best to wait for actual benchmarks
I agree. While I really like the idea of being able to query some of this data, it's another system to maintain. I have a system where I use a calendar, physical folder, and notes/folder in the cloud. Call me lazy.
That's part of my question. ALA is supposed to not convert to DHA easily.
But these results seem to say at higher concentrations ALA lowers risk of EOD. Which tends to refute the belief that only DHA/EPA lower chronic inflammation or that EOD is not just a story about inflammation.
> Compared to participants at Q1 of DHA, those at Q5 of non-DHA showed a significant lower risk of EOD. A statistically significant lower risk was observed in Q3, Q4 and Q5 of non-DHA omega-3
If I'm reading this right, if you can't get many fish sources in your diet, it's better to increase the quantity of non-DHA sources (certain seeds, oils and vegetables). But my understanding is non-DHA is not helpful so I may not be understanding correctly
The 1password blog links to a better Cyberinsider.com article that I think covers the issue better. One suggestion from that article is to check the skill before using (this felt like a plug for Koi security). I suppose you could have a claude.md to always do this but I personally would be manually checking any skill if I was still using Moltbot.
She probably had an old DOCSIS 1 modem from a few years ago. You could only get 30MBPS with that. They usually tell you that on the phone when you try to upgrade, but they've been giving free upgrades without you asking in SF. I had to buy a DOCSIS 3.0 modem to get the best speeds.
