I've come across "action sequences" in psychology writing, which seems to be the active form of procedural memory. Over time well rehearsed actions can move from conscious parts of the brain to parts focused on motor actions like the basal ganglia ( and its friends ).
Probably easier to focus if distraction has moved to the old lizard brain.
I can't find an obviously good source to share, but there's plenty of research to check out.
As far as I remember, there was debate around that valuation.

There was some unusual relationships in the deal, and the valuation of the company post-purchase was dramatically larger.
Not sure if suit is public, but article:
"The new lawsuit claims that the board – which allegedly included only one independent director and six directors tied to KKR and Shamrock – priced the value of FanDuel’s stake in the merged company at about $559 million. That number, the suit alleges, was no coincidence. Under FanDuel’s operative bylaws, preferred shareholders were due to receive all of the first $559 million from any merger."[1]
I did some quick git scripts with cron on mac, and windows scheduler to automatically sync between locations. Unfortunately the only git sync plugins I found only worked with password based auth on android.
Aside from not being easily accessable by phone, this works and the .obsidian folder shares the environment + plugins ( minus one for open tab/window layout ).
If anyone has a solution to the lack of git android ssh auth problem I'm all ears though.
