For android users, a really good FOSS app to lock apps, control usage etc is 'Open Timelimit', available on fdroid [1]. It doesn't need internet access permission.
Scott Alexander is a racist pseudointellectual. His recently leaked emails [1] paint a really bad picture. The perception resulting from this reveal is essential to really understand his writings and community. The thing is one gets flagged for saying this, by those who supposedly are for free speech. So many pseudointellectuals cropping up nowadays.
