We're third-time founders, backed by Y Combinator, building a company for the long-term, with a great team across the board, and shipping at a rapid yet sustainable pace.
We use Ruby on Rails, React, Postgres. We run on AWS.
We're looking for our first non-founder engineering leader to help us keep the trains running on time.
We've built an awesome team + culture at the company, high candor + EQ environment and we ship. We also welcome applicants who have previously run their own startups, with a bunch ex-founders on the team from the likes of Respondent and Indiegogo.

We're a YC W21 company founded by a team that's worked together for 10 years, including 2 exits. We're now building customer research software to make research a part of every sprint, every product release.
We launched on HN on February 8 and now have 30+ customers including Adidas Runtastic, O'Reilly Media & MainStreet using our product every week. We make it easy for them to build a panel of customers, and send them surveys, prototype tests or do user interviews.
We're now looking to expand our team, in particular:
* Senior software engineer to help us scale our platform to millions of research participants
* Full-stack engineer to help us build out our survey types.
* Content Marketing Manager to write case studies, guides and newsletters
* Customer Success / Staff Customer Researcher to make our customers awesome.
